Why I Am Lifting: To Eliminate Your Fear

Let me be entirely transparent with you:

I have nothing left to prove to myself.

I am completely confident in my lifting.

I genuinely love my training, and I enjoy the daily dedication it takes to care for my body.

In all honesty, preparing my physical frame for an international competition at this stage in my life is difficult.

But who cares if it’s difficult?

I have the mindset of an elite athlete, and hurdles are simply part of the architecture of achievement.

I am not doing this for my own ego. I am doing this to support you.

I am a 3-time consecutive UK National Powerlifting Champion.

Over the past three years, my lifts have undergone a calculated, steady evolution that defies standard fitness logic.

While the industry claims a raw vegan diet causes muscle and strength wasting over time, my trajectory has proven the exact opposite.

Now, after my 3rd consecutive national title, I have officially been invited to rejoin Team GB on that world platform once again for 2026.

Total Lift

Bringing it all together for a 310.0 kg championship total. This milestone marks a staggering 22.5 kg increase from last year’s British Nationals total (287.5 kg) and a 10.0 kg jump over my silver-medal performance at last year's World Championships in Cape Town (300.0 kg).

The Bench Press:

By prioritizing joint health and clean neurological output without synthetic stimulants, my paused bench technique has solidified, maintaining a rock-solid, uniform 57.5 kg on my competitive lift with absolute stability.

The Squat:

My depth, stability, and drive have steadily evolved, adding 12.5 kg to my platform maximum over the past year alone (reaching 97.5 kg) through pure structural integrity.

The Deadlift:

The ultimate test of posterior chain functionality, where my pull has risen by 10 kg over the past 12 months, hitting a massive 155 kg on this championship run.

Following my 2nd national title last year in 2025, I advanced to the IPF World Masters Championships in Cape Town, South Africa.

It was there that I won the World Squat Title with a 90.0 kg lift, benched 57.5 kg, and pulled a 152.5 kg deadlift—walking away as the overall World Silver Medalist with a 300.0 kg total.

The Real Relationship Between Diet and Power
