FAQ

Are accomodations, transportation, and/or meals included?

Meals, accommodations, and transport from airport and back are included during the retreat. You are responsible for your travel to and from the airport in Nicaragua, as well as any meals or accommodations before or after the retreat. We will provide details of which airport, and how to meet up with us after your registration so you can arrange your travel arrangements.

Are private rooms available?

Our pricing reflects the fact that all of the rooms are double, triple, or quadrupule occupancy. A private room can be arranged through an additional purchase.

Will there be excursions or field trips planned?

There are no field trips or excursions currently planned. We are looking into the possibility.

How much free time vs class time will we have? What is the daily schedule?

You are free to attend as many or as few classes as you wish.

Will there be a phone and/or internet? How is the cell service?

There is no landline in the natural reserve. There is cell phone coverage for Claro network in most of the property, including data. Check your cell provider for their potential coverage. Wi-fi internet is available on the property as well.

Is there a pool?

No, there is no pool. This facility has direct access to the beach, which offers shallow waters.

Which types of critters are in the area?

The facility has rescue cats and dogs onsite. The facility is located in a natural reserve, so you may also experience a variety of birds, monkeys, fireflies, geckos, bugs and other little creatures that come inherently with living in nature.

Is there air conditioning?

No, there is no air conditioning. Rooms are equipped with fans. All bedrooms have floor fans in addition to either ceiling or wall fans.
