Accessing the Site, in any manner, whether automated or otherwise, constitutes use of the website and your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Service.

By contributing to this crowd-sponsorship campaign, you agree to the following terms and conditions governed by applicable United States laws.

Article 2: Placing Order

By placing an order or contributing to this campaign through the Service, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

Article 3: Nature of Contributions & US Tax Notice

  • Non-Charitable Sponsorship: Contributions made to this campaign are personal crowd-sponsorship gifts and payments for digital content/perks. They are not tax-deductible charitable donations under US 501(c)(3) regulations.

  • Tax Jurisdiction: Dr. Douglas Graham operates as a US citizen paying taxes in the United States. All funds raised are processed under US tax regulations as taxable sponsorship/campaign income used to cover competition, travel, training, and operational logistics.

Article 4: Pricing & Currency

  • Currency: All contribution amounts and prices are indicated in £ GBP (Great British Pound).

  • Price Adjustments: We reserve the right to change contribution tiers, perk prices, or transaction processing fees at any time. However, the price applied to your order will be the exact price stated on the payment form at the time your transaction is placed.

Article 5: Customer Information & Payment Authorization

To complete your contribution or order, you will be required to supply certain relevant billing and payment information, including your full name, email address, phone number, billing address, and credit/debit card details.

By submitting this information, you represent and warrant that:

  1. You have the legal right to use any payment card(s) or third-party payment accounts (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, Visa, MasterCard, American Express) provided.

  2. All information you supply is true, accurate, and complete.

  3. You grant us the right to transmit this information to third-party payment processors solely for purposes of facilitating and completing your transaction.

Article 6: Payment Terms

  • Immediate Processing: Payment is due immediately at the time your order or contribution is placed.

  • Verification Checks: Payment methods are subject to validation checks and authorization by your card issuer or payment provider. If we do not receive required authorization, we will not be held liable for any delay or non-delivery of campaign perks or access credentials.

Article 7: Fulfillment & Delivery

  • Digital Perks: Access to behind-the-scenes email updates, video masterclasses, and post-championship Zoom Q&A sessions will be delivered electronically to the primary email address provided at checkout.

  • Physical Products (if applicable): If any physical items are ordered, delivery will be made to the shipping address specified at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you once ordered items leave our premises or are handed to the shipping courier. In the event of a lost physical package, we will make reasonable efforts to issue a replacement or applicable resolution.

Article 8: Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Finality of Contributions: All contributions are voluntary and final. Due to the immediate allocation of funds toward non-refundable international travel, event registration fees, and accommodation bookings, contributions are non-refundable once processed.

  • Event Disruptions: In the unlikely event of competition scheduling changes, injury, or travel disruptions outside Dr. Graham’s control, all digital masterclasses, email logs, and post-competition Q&A rewards will still be fulfilled as scheduled.

Article 9: Medical & Educational Disclaimer

  • Informational Purposes Only: The digital masterclasses, email logs, and Q&A sessions offered as campaign rewards provide educational information regarding fitness biomechanics, 80/10/10 lifestyle principles, and athletic performance.

  • Not Medical Advice: Content provided through this campaign does not constitute formal medical diagnosis, treatment, or prescription. Participants should consult their personal physician before undertaking any major changes to their exercise or dietary regime.

Article 10: Intellectual Property & Copyright

All video masterclasses, downloadable guides, email logs, and proprietary educational materials provided to campaign backers remain the exclusive intellectual property of Dr. Douglas Graham and FoodnSport.

Digital perks are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only and may not be redistributed, recorded, re-uploaded, or resold without explicit written consent.

Article 11: Changes to these Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice prior to the new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access our Service or participate in the campaign after the revisions take effect, you agree to be bound by the updated terms.

This campaign, transaction agreements, and any disputes arising under it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America.
